The web design process

Phase 1: Initial consultation

Here we discuss your web design requirements either by telephone or in a face to face meeting.

Phase 2: Proposal & design brief

Based on our discussion we create a proposal and design brief outlining your requirements and a cost proposal.

Phase 3: Agreement & initial payment

If you agree with the proposal and design brief, we will send you a services agreement and invoice for the first 30% of the project. Once we have received payment for this we will start work on the project.

Phase 4: Mock ups

Springmedia will create a sample design(s) based on our discussions for review and agreement.

Phase 5: Build

Based on the agreed web site design, we will create templates for the site and populate with the agreed content.

Phase 6: Review & completion

Through the laters stages of the build phase we will be in contact with you to discuss the design and modify as required. Once you are fully satisfied we will finish the site and upload to your hosting server.
